CHRISTIVAL: Celebration of Christ in the Arts
As a part of the third annual celebration of Christ in the arts, we will observe “Christival” during the month of November. Area artists are invited to offer their works pertaining to the theme, “God’s Beloved,” for free display in the church sanctuary. Please call the church office (386-255-2588) or email Mary Bryant at mwbryant25@aol.com if you have any type of appropriate art for display (oil or watercolor paintings, sculpture, photography, etc.). Other types of artistic expression will also be an integral part of worship during this month.
This is a chance to acknowledge through both congregational and community participation that creativity is one of God’s glorious gifts. All participants are cordially invited to attend and be recognized at the church-wide Thanksgiving Dinner in the social hall after worship on November 19th. All art must be delivered to the church as soon as possible and picked up by December 1.
