At the Easter season when we talk about death and resurrection, the egg is a wonderful symbol of life. Dyeing them the many colors of spring is always fun. Central children experienced this last Sunday. They used a new technique for dyeing the eggs using bags of rice as well as traditional egg dye with vinegar and water.  There were some really cool results! We had 17 children. Youth and their leaders hid the eggs. Volunteers came in last week and stuffed the eggs. We will do another egg hunt the day AFTER Easter with MOPS kids.   Joy is part of the Easter season and it is clearly visible as the hunt progresses.
